Interim Management

Interim management allows you to gain specialist knowledge and practical experience for your fleet in the short to medium term. This enables you to either bridge temporary bottlenecks or vacancies in a targeted manner or to use targeted know-how or (mobility) projects.

Our tasks

We offer you the following options:

1.

Solutions for bridging vacancies, e.g. for bridging vacancies due to parental leave, sabbaticals, illness and succession planning or a job change of your current fleet manager.

2.

Support in crisis management through troubleshooting or the processing of vehicle fleets after their dissolution.

3.

As part of our project solutions you will receive expert support for a certain period of time at a specific location (worldwide) to implement planned projects, e.g. 

Design and introduction of electromobility (see also electromobility)
Review and development of tailored processes
Support and/or coaching for internal fleet managers (see also Coaching and Seminars)
Review and update of company car guidelines / car policy*
Review and update of company car contracts*
Selection of suitable suppliers and service providers
