DIN EN ISO 9001:2015

Since the company was founded in 2014, we have established and continuously developed numerous processes and built up a quality management system. 2024 we decided to take the step and have our processes certified. The certification audits carried out include DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and DIN EN ISO 14001:2018.

The scope of application for DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and DIN EN ISO 14001:2018 includes the following parts of the company:

Mobility counseling
Fleet and interim management
Further training and education

What is DIN ISO 9001:2015?

DIN ISO 9001:2015 is a globally recognized standard that defines requirements for quality management systems (QMS). It offers companies and organizations a structured approach to optimizing their processes, increasing customer satisfaction and continuously improving the quality of their products or services. The standard places a strong emphasis on a risk-based approach, systematic process management and a strong customer focus. ISO 9001:2015 certification enables companies to increase efficiency, reduce errors and enhance competitiveness. It can be applied across all industries and promotes a culture of continuous improvement.

DIN EN ISO 14001:2018

We all bear responsibility for tomorrow’s world – whether it’s through sustainable economic practice, careful use of resources or other actions that improve our environment. In doing so, not only our own organization is taken into account, but also the context of our company. This means that we also take into account dependencies and interactions, for example with our customers, suppliers, authorities and state organizations. 

By implementing an environmental management system, we have committed ourselves to protect the environment and continue to improve our environmental performance. Our environmental policy and its targets are fixed and regularly communicated to employees. 

What’s DIN ISO 14001:2018 ?

DIN EN ISO 14001 is an internationally recognized standard that defines the requirements for environmental management systems (EMS). It provides companies and organizations with a framework for systematic improvement of their environmental performance by setting environmental goals, planning measures and monitoring their implementation. The standard helps to ensure compliance with legal requirements, minimize environmental impacts and use resources more efficiently.
